As you may know, the Autism Research Centre (ARC) uses LifeLabs for blood collection services in many of our studies. If you participated in a research study that involved bloodwork, in ARC, on or before December 2016, your personal health information (name and date of birth) may have been part of the LifeLabs privacy breach. To find out if you or your child have been affected by the breach, we recommend that you contact LifeLabs directly. For more information, please visit customernotice.lifelabs.com.
